I think you should stop hyperventilating. Oakeshott is a conservative (trust me) who dislikes Abbott. If the Libs would stop their infantile games of intimidation it would take him about 30 seconds to side with them.

*PS: The current 2 party preferred vote that's being shopped around is misleading. On a 2 party preferred basis more people voted labor than the Coalition, however in 8 seats Labor ran 3rd, leaving their vote stuck on the primary figure with no preferences distributed to them. It's an anomoly of the counting process.
