These two are a disgrace, and can have no claim on us having regard for their integrity or respect.

After a 17 day farce of self-righteousness and blather, anger and ill-concealed hatred towards Abbott/Coalition, they told us they'd finally chosen Labor, as in their opinion they would provide the more stable government.
A hoodwink of major proportions, and a waste of 17 days and lots of newsprint and hope for a fair outcome.

In actual fact, they chose Labor for many more personal reasons, it gradually emerged, including Oakeshott having potential Speaker of the House prospects at the time, which he seemed to think he'd been promised by Ms. Gillard, rightly or wrongly, and Windsor's spiteful ongoing and oft expressed hatred of all things Abbott/Coalition due to some past disagreement, and his cousinly connection with Bruce Hawker. He consistently personally bags Abbott at every possible opportunity.
(Reminds one of the current Labor Party tactic of doing the same).

Windsor has now said he isn't retiring after all. So he, and Oakeshott, must be coming at this from the revised view of a possible safe Labor seat each, which would be, one would think, their only hope for a continuation of MP comforts. The reason, perhaps, for their smug smiles. All supposition and speculation of course - but who will re-elect them otherwise?

Why then would they do anything to disadvantage Labor?
Windsor made it clear in an interview yesterday that only someone's death would change anything! Yet in the next breath he said he would consider each piece of legislation as it comes up on it's merits. what a hypocrite!

Most insulting of all to voters, they potrayed themselves during that crucial 17 days of "thinking" as mightily high minded paragons of virtue, and only wanting what's best for us, the people. Do thy call this current impasse "the best for us?"
How they are enjoying their time in the sun! And their power!

Now they see the so-called "stable government" crashing around their ears in ruins, with further decay to commence July 1st from Brown and Co's assuming control, we have to ask who are they putting first, under their smug smiles of self satisfaction?

No, not us, or the welfare of Australia!

    Themselves, of course.

We should be very, very angry. We are reluctant prisoners of them and this crazy system, and the damage done to Australia meanwhile will be immeasureable.

If Labor is so good, let them show us that confidence, and respect, by giving us an election. Surely it is in Austalia's best interests.
