Ah, the mantra of the speccy hunter - I’m a savvy genius when the price is going up and management are idiots when the price is going down.
Also for heavens sake drill, drill, drill but make sure you do it without spending any money, you know like use magic or elderly volunteers with shovels or something - and EVERY scratch in the ground better hit pay dirt or else!
Lastly just focus your energies on one specific area or locale, but make sure you’re simultaneously exploring everywhere else with a fine tooth comb.
