I think the issue is it's hard to see where any significant lift in SP is going to come from?
As in they've recently conducted their latest CR but what are they doing with it? What are they doing right now? How are they using those funds to create value?
Market sentiment for them is in the gutter right now, unfortunately they don't appear to be all that interested in trying to change that..
Maybe they're waiting for a good announcement from one of their neighbours so they can piggy back their way to some interest from the market?
I think the issue is it's hard to see where any significant lift...
