3) Have an already defined graphite resource with historical drill results, sit on it for years and then when graphite is in the news, announce a new drilling campaign.

4) Have a Gold production plant sit idle for years.

5) You must have a masters degree in the ancient art of cut and paste.

6) The most important skill is you must remember to always reward yourself well.
