I don't have a dog in this fight, but it looks to me that many longer term holders were hoping for a small spike (which has happened) to allow them to sell out of their position.
It will take a significantly good ANN to generate enough volume to allow this transfer of shares from older shareholders who have been burned to newer shareholders who see value in the Graphite and Chalice nearology etc.
