DEBT - Fully paid off = Debt FREE
Cash as at June 30th 2020 = $1.34 million
The only need to raise funds would be for a complete drill program at Crown (only once targets identified which will be after aero mag survey assessment and geo physics) and Completion of construction of Chimu gold plant ramps up.
Potentially other possible raising could be for drilling out the motherlode at Nevada post current drill program on good results and requires step out drilling etc (which would be a win win in my opinion)
