It hasnt even been approved so I wouldnt throw rhe kitchen sink at it , plus another CR may be required to fund it , keep reality in check I wouldnt be smashing rhis until that rig is onsite and its all been approved and paid for , dont het caught in a pump and dump keep vigilante people
