It's a valid strategy to assist OAR in being noticed by a larger populace on HotCopper by having a thread appear in the 'Most discussed' section and potentially a single post in the 'Top Rated' section...
Sure, you can do what you want but it doesn't actually benefit OAR on HotCopper by having 15 threads discussing the same topics.
