they are in the process of reconfiguring the hammer mills with another additional crusher installed. This will bring it down to about 1-2cm size. There is a major push on now to bring this all up to speed asap prior to the high grade 2oz per tonne material going through. Am not sure how this or if it it will incorporate the ball mill.
With plenty of room to stockpile, I am sure they are aiming for 24h processing once the plant is firing. So your assumption of 300t/d seems likely.
