There is much you say that I agree with, @Willem007. You could also argue that Scott did his homework and saw the incredible potential here, that he could not have foreseen Rennie and the Board's choices that would set us down this path, and that he has shown gumption to call it out and roll up his sleeves to get to work righting it. He would be highly motivated to get things back on track, and if he couldn't see any way of doing that, would he have taken it on?

If he believed this was not fixable, he would not want to be caught in the same photo frame as the last people standing, would he?

To their credit, the people at PAR have given us a great foundation to work with.
I'm grateful that an energetic person with fresh ideas and good contacts is now on board to help steer us onwards.
