Babba, can I ask where / what he has "called it out"? I would love to know what Mr Williams has issues with, because as of right now, all I see is someone who is not actively finding new partners, but maybe making recommendations on things that the company sends in his direction to opine on.
Given he is not a board member he has no downside, nothing cn be attributed to him if it goes wrong, kudos to him for the way he has structured his entry into this shambles.
