I’m assuming there’d be quite a few people unhappy with 51Capital’s management of their money considering the fact that Scott invested enough of it in PAR to get an appointment as a business adviser. Which I am not sure if that is normal or not. And I mean, for a one man show to take on a role like that whilst running his own investment fund must mean that he has put a lot of other people’s eggs in one basket, ie Pau Rennie’s hands. Which makes the whole thing even stranger to me if my assumptions are correct. But the fact is that right now, PAR is more like the planet sitting in the path of a black hole. I for one understand relativity theory better than I do paying someone $1m a year to land you in the path of a blackhole. So many questions, just speculations, but sometimes when it smells like crap…..
