i have been racking my brain over the science and yes i agree. The only obvious conclusion i can draw is that it is real enough to warrant trials or else fda would not entertain us wasting their time.

the big pharma trying to buy in cheaper seems strange as it is already sooooo cheap (risk v reward)

i honestly can primarily put our current situation down to lack of cash management in terms of spend rates, lack of respect for cash, lack of ability to plan or share forecast trial costs and obviously current cash balance. This could be sorted of course and a better thing to address versus if it was rubbish science
