What we don't know is the motives of whoever is manipulating the share price, and it seems likely something is going on. They probably have a vested interest is either seeing the OA succeeded or fail.
It also seems odd we've not seen any substantial holder notifications to date.
If someone is accumulating they're obviously doing so with multiple holdings and staying below 5%.

Things will have changed a lot since then. Not having any substantial holders could make a takeover difficult to defend?
Atlas Iron might now be in a position where it could stump up some cash for a JV.
Either way it should be interesting...
