Left field, what's the thoughts on Oat Milk Infant Formula? Heard interesting news on the radio this morning stating how popular oat milk is becoming in New Zealand. The consumption of oat milk has increased over 300% this year. Assume a low base but the forecast is to see substantial on-going growth. Wonder if any of the IF manufacturers are looking at this. By all accounts oat milk is very healthy, contains many nutrients, easy on the gut, has a smaller carbon footprint (debatable), cheaper to produce and very tasty. Could be a production issue as I wouldn't think any milk processor would want to be seen drying oat milk over animal milk..... Still might be innovative....
