Yeah just overall crappy markets in general and sector rotation (agriculture/consumables not hot at the moment).
Doesn't help that there's presumably a lot of eroded trust in the management - I don't think anyone can argue that it could have been handled a lot better by the company with better communication and looking out for their shareholders.
