Totally agree. Reason I bought into WOA is primarily OatUp. It's on discount at Spudshed so I've stocked up to last me a couple of months at least.

I wish there was a way trying Lupin based products, i.e., fake meat. I've tried the Soy based ones and they are pretty good but still a far way to go before it replicates real meat. I've begun to understand that maybe the goal should be to not mimic meat entirely but to establish a flavour and texture profile that may be will be better than meat. Being able to trial it would be awesome.
