Another way to look at OB Media valuation :
looking at different elements, we can estimate that almost all the minority interests of Enero (16.8 m in FY 21) are related to the 49 % in OB Media.
So their 51 % in OB Media generated an estimated net profit of 17.5 m.
This corresponds to a PE 22 of 14.8 x for their share in OB Media (still with the extreme assumption that the other Eneros' businesses are worth 0, and after excluding the net cash from Enero's market cap).
