I was a little surprised as to the reaction to the results
I'm not sure what the market was expecting re the business ex OB Media, marketing spend always gets cut/delayed in a downturn.
My error was believing it was already factored into the price.
I agree the cash & contingent liabilities don't look great.
With hindsight the timing of the acquisitions probably couldn't have been worse but as stated the consideration will probably be reduced.
The risk here IMO is a capital raising at or near the bottom of the economic cycle.
Perhaps that's what is pulling the price down so much?
As stated lots of times EGG is all about OB Media & trying not to let the rest of business hurt the total performance.
