Apparently Ron Paul has been followed by fans chanting and protesting 'End the Fed'. These protests will be illegal under HR bill 347 as Ron Paul is often in the same building as other Republican candidates, all of whom have chosen to have Special Security, thus rendering the building they are in as applicable under HR bill 347 and thus rendering the 'End the Fed' protests illegal.
I think I have interpreted the legislation correctly. It seems there is growing dissent against the Federal Reserve so the PTB need to shut that voice down.
I would be interested to see if it gets used in the manner above.
