Sorry - But i dont consider killing everyone as a form of "keeping things under control" and certainly he wasnt under controll if he is wiping out entire races, and invading neighbouring countrys.
If you think that and totally ignoring the UN was "under control" and bush made it worse by putting in a democracy the majority of the population wanted, the i cant argue logically with you!
No idea what you are on about with Anthrax, we have it here in Australia at geelong as well as lots of other ones, so do a lot of other countrys.
