obama reversal of executive order

    The news wires are carrying a story about Obama possibly reversing some of George Bush's executive orders. One of these mentioned in the article was the authorising of oil and gas drilling in Utah.
    Does anyone have any info about this ? Seems to be about opening of new land and not current leases .
