Hey JJ, Yes, eventually, but I don't think untill after the JORC on Ross and Barber we may see some global estimates on Lance. It was something MAGA had brought up, and if he is correct in his expected timing of it, then I will be one very happy chappy.

But as boring as I am, the best case scenario that I am expecting, is the JORC on Ross and Barber, maybe by april or as has been hinted by Hartleys it may even be indicated.
But Imo, thats a gimmie anyway, I am probably one of a few here that is totally not worried about the JORC.


But hey, what about this other news!!!Huge to say the least.

I wouldn't at all be suprised if the loss in Massachusses(I know there's a T in there somewhere) has brought it on earlier than they wanted too. Lets also not forget that Chu has been in his ear about it as well. As soon as he formally announces it, I have a feeling that PENs realestate will be worth alot more in value.
