He seems to want to ignore that ISIS — have "successfully planned and executed" several attacks on innocent people on American soil during Obama's tenure, including: the Ft. Hood rampage; the Boston Marathon bombing; the execution of two NYPD officers; the attack in Garland, Texas; the murder of military servicemen in Chattanooga, Tennessee; the San Bernardino attack; the Pulse Nightclub massacre; the NYC Bomber; and just last week, the Ohio State jihadist.
