Obey or die

It seems that the DACIAN-GENESIS "open heart" transplant operation did not have the hoped-for success !

And the boards of the two companies combine their efforts to scare us if the operation fails, using terms bordering on coercion "Obey or die" !

By bringing out once again the argument of the premium over the last 5 and 10 trading days, when the price was still at 32 cts a few weeks ago and then fell suspiciously, they are simply laughing at us (It makes you wonder what role PERENNIAL played in this farce...) ! It would have been so much easier to offer us a fair and reasonable price from the outset and perhaps it's not too late to do so !
