I’m not sure what experience you have manufacturing and marketing cosmetics around the world, but if your conclusions ring true, then Paul and team are well positioned to build that connection with the ‘new consumers’ I would have thought.

I have had some good dialogue with Paul, he is certainly impressive and would appear very much with an eye on the future and not the past.
