OBJ appoints Paul Peros as CEO of new device business, page-25

In re reading the announcement, I cant see where it states what the 6 month bonus will be??

The previous paragraph states his remuneration. then this :

Subjectto the achievement of the following milestones, Mr Peros will be entitled to a six-monthbonus:• The first milestone target is the commercial go-live, and first sales of devices; and• The second milestone target is the cumulative positive cashflow from operations ofthe device business.

Is the six month bonus a duplicate of his 6 months salary??? If so that is completely over the top?

So he organizes the sale of some devices on line and gets ??? Hmmm
