Yes it is really. Why use the term Lioness? Why not just say Lion? Can you explain this intentional use in any other way? it’s like “throw like a girl”. I know it seems petty, and you know, on some level it is. I would just say, think about it, what is the purpose of choosing that word. It is a minor inequity, then multiply it, and then you get bigger problems. And you only need to look at the stats to see the sort of problems that we have. So it starts with the behaviour you walk past is the behaviour you are willing to accept. And then responding to my comments with “Really” and all the many likes and the many more you will get is the pile on response. The implication is there is nothing to see here, you are over reacting, you have the problem so yes, Really.
