I believe cmk is correct. Mr Peros will get :
24k each month AND
36k in shares after each 6 months (6x6)
His total 6 monthly salary is 180k (24x6+36). NO milestones need be achieved.
The "six month bonus" refers to the amount of the bonus, not the time frame. The bonus is 6 months of his salary (180k) and there will be a 6-month bonus for EACH of the milestones. So, say we are very fortunate and we launch in 4 months, then see "cumulative positive cash flow" (whatever that means) in the 6 months that follow, Mr. Peros will then receive a cool 720k in total compensation during his first year...in Euros.
OR $1,159,000 during his first year (if he reaches those milestones in that period).
Now if there is any fairness in the OBJ world (accepting there has not been to date), the "cumulative positive cash flow" generated by Mr Peros will more than cover what we will have spent to hire him. If there is fairness, it will cover by a few multiples at least.
