Yep, and maybe high achievers like Paul don't cost the company money, they make the company money. They also don't set out to not achieve milestones. I'm sure Fereo were more than ok with his remuneration with them if they got those results.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what he will make of our little OBJ. No doubt his experience and knowledge of what it takes to succeed with Tmall et al, marketing/advertising, target markets, brand strategy etc makes for a very interesting road ahead with us. I see this as an investment OBJ is making to significantly gain, rather than a cost to significantly lose something. We'll see I suppose.
