1. Start treating your existing Shareholders with More respect and transparency.
2. Follow through on you previous promises.
3. Keep your existing Shareholders informed, engaged & empowered to want go on this journey with you. This means if you tell SH's a year ago you are going to launch a business plan, DO IT. Announce it to your SH's and any prospective new SH's.
4. If you announce you are going to be better at Communication than the previous BoD, DO IT. Provide enough detail to keep the market engaged, without spinning the previous BoD BS.
5. OBJ is a publicly listed ASX Company and not a private entity. We OWN the company and pay your salaries. Respect this notion. DO IT.
If OBJ's BoD follow steps 1 through 5, OBJ will most likely not have to look very far for the funds they require from their existing SH base. If not, which is the case currently as I see it, then OBJ will most likely end up like many CR's where they will get a less than desirable SH uptake or participation. The only thing that makes any sense with the current BoD's style of management to date is that they are cocky and confident that they have already secured some kind of Accelerator/Equity funding on a business unit basis, from high net worth investors associated with either Peros, Poynton or brokers etc.
SDJ, I'm not sure anyone's complaining that a CR is coming. More like they are simply stating the obvious; that with less than 3 mil in the bank and the addition of a new business unit CEO @ an additional half million price-tag, it seems plausible that OBJ may require one, even though management keep telling individual SH's they don't require one. Unless of course SH's are still being kept uninformed as to the company's prospects.
