This is the way I have broken it down:
- 30,000 EUR/month
- 24,000 EUR in cash every months
- 6,000 EUR in shares (this is to be paid out twice a year with a 30day VWAP discount of 10%)
- That would mean two share payouts a year, each totalling 36,000 EUR (6,000EUR/month X 6 months).
-Achieve a milestone and be paid a bonus, now instead of waiting for an annual bonus (let’s say Mr. Peros achieves one of the two milestones he won’t have two wait until the end of the year in order to claim his bonus, he can be paid out halfway through the year) Mr. Peros can be paid out midway through the year.
