To me a no vote is crucial here.
This proposal has such an astonishing lack of detail that shareholders cannot be sure of anything except we get fleeced. That our Olympic board, an "ex elite athlete" & our "company secretary" could even seriously propose this is telling of their contempt and their over riding motive.
Send them away to try again. If the next attempt is as non nonsensical and contemptuous of shareholders as the first then out they go. Jeff Edwards included.
