Spot on. Just shows the level of intelligence of some people. I like to check out their prior posts to see what they said 12 or 18 months ago.

SS spoke well (except the little slip up at 7:11, where he says 2003 - yeah, don't tell me I didn't listen closely), but why are so many people here avoiding the headline piece? 1:15 into the call he mentions 5 business units, each a $100m BU by the end of 2023. Holy What? That is massive news! What a clear objective.

Now, let's assume he is talking about market valuation here (to be conservative, as he doesn't actually elaborate what he means by $100m). That means in 5.5years OBJ will have a valuation 20x the current MV. He is talking himself up! Later he discusses that OBJ is indeed very speculative. hmmmm

But the later on, he takes the high road and says he believes it is better to under promise and over deliver. Huh? But what about his 5 x $100m business units? Seems a little contradictory.

A sales/BDM office in London? More cost.

He mentions HC a few times and he didn't like what he found here? Wow. The OBJ forum is one of the most one-sided, lets pat each other on the back, how good is OBJ, etc, I have seen. And there is even some reasonable discussion occasionally. Having worked in several listed companies and worked closely with high level managers and directors, they don't concern themselves with outside influences. The look at the long term benefit of what the are doing. I agree that suitable Chairpersons and CEOs are not easy to come by, but a little shareholder banter should. not be a factor. I am wondering if the lack of any institutional support or the fact that OBJ is still highly speculative is more of a factor.

Yeah, maybe OBJ are kicking the can down the road, yet again.

I am afraid that long term holders may continue to suffer death by a thousand cuts.
