Its really hard to know. SK-II has surprised me by giving the Magnetic Booster the old "eye wand treatment". i.e. still listed on their websites, but not promoted since January and hardly found anywhere.
From the look of it, I think P&Gs plan is to sell a white and gold infuser to every Olay customer in China. After that happens who knows. I still think they are priming their entire customer base to accept the coming personalisation+applicator technologies. If that is so, then they may just continue to promote these applicators until the revolution arrives.
BTW, its still early in this new roll-out - the infusers are still on pre-order and are still a tmall exclusive. For that matter, Magnemasks itself still has a long way to go.. the rest of Asia, beyond China and Hong Kong, would be a good start.
