I sound like a broken record, but if people are not happy with any aspect of the company (including remuneration to directors) then sell your shares or stop complaining.

I agree with Bluebush that the Directors are paid a reasonable amount. But that is IMO.

Everyone has three options:

Buy, hold or sell

Sometimes however it seems like people create a new option which is to Hold, regret their decision and winge on HC.
