Hi falchion, your 'apples for apples' comment below is true for unskilled labour (although the comment about them earning 1/2 of $225K is certainly not my experience in the resources sector)...

...however if I step up the salary bands into skilled labour(which I expect the directors should qualify as) and compare recent graduates with (say) 2 years experience on either agency hire or direct contract packages are charging out at 1100 to 1500 $/day.

The remuneration still seems fair value for me
