IMO what has PNO learnt from the recent re-launch of Thermalife.
1) It is extreamly costly
2) Much too many loop holes to jump through to get it onto the market.
Why didnt PNO simply arrange licencing agreements sooner? For any partner to consider a licencing agreement, approved patents are required. Check. Now the second (and most crucial point) for consideration is to have the product on an existing market, which is what we are in the process of doing now.
Once Thermalife life is on the open market, i would not be surprised to see internation licensing agreements.
