Maybe informally... but the factory & the P&G warehouse would be working for or be owned by P&G and would not be allowed to send official numbers or anything like that. And yes, P&G would be all over their numbers... but the agreement would have something in it like quarterly reporting within 45 days of quarter end. It's the way the world works... for exact timing of cash-flows... OBJ is at their mercy, but should be on the phone constantly
