Seems to me to be pretty thin, it's based on a study done by Peter Cook of University of WA. The report was '...commissioned by a local Aboriginal corporation to investigate the affects of Rey Resources application to construct its Duchess Paradise coal mine.'

This says to me that they know how to play the game and are trying to work an angle to get more concessions.

The case was to be heard by the warden on the 24th, last Friday. If it was not in the last couple of announcements, perhaps it has already been quashed? Anyone know anything further?
