Yes, they did miss the point. I'm a process & governance person. A change of editor should not result in a 360 degree shift in a recommendation in a relatively short period of time. That investors may have bought the stock on the recommendation of "buy up to 10c" straight after the capital raising only for ASCI to slap a "sell for 2.4c" several weeks later is unethical and should be not be determined solely by a new editor - there should be a company process to change a recommendation. For all we know, someone at ASCI may have wanted out and pumped up the stock with a buy recommendation, which has cost investors who bought the stock on ASCI's initial buy recommendation. I have not renewed my subscription which expires at the end of the month. I did receive their weekly email and was disgusted at their attempt to justify their sell recommendation. I know ASIC is a toothless tiger but I'm almost tempted to formally complain to them, if nothing else to put the wind up ASCI. They don't deserve to get off lightly.
