I went to bed on you and missed this last night state side. Thanks to imho, I picked this up now. Thank you again for a great description. My 401K does not have the transition phase OR the minimum draw. I've never researched it or asked because they won't apply to me most likely. If I don't draw on my 401K, it will pour over to a trust I have set up after my death.
Our 401K's are not too complicated to be honest. But the wills and trust law and corresponding tax law is the part that drives me nuts.
