I for one am a shareholder looking for a fair and equitable price on all our companies assets - both tangible and intangible - including the entire value of our entire workforce that we have been paying training and developing. This asset is not reflected in the balance sheet nor are the complete extent of our substantial commodities and tenements, market value of all our port facilities etc. Valuation has to be fair and impartial and based as much as humanly possible on objective .....not subjective evidence. Should subjective evidence come into play at least 3 independent experts should be approached and appointed to ensure transparency. There is a lot of precedent in the courts on subjective v objective. DYOR
