I don't think they would have any difficulty finding somebody to say that Atlas is worth only the value of the tax benefits and the port allocation.

All other resources will be written off as stranded, the staff will be deemed to have no intellectual property that is not generally available for hire (since any particular knowledge they have of local conditions applies only to un-economic stranded resources). The equipment will be deemed to be at end of useful life using accelerated depreciation and any prospective tenements will be unproven according to JORC standards.

I think a NO vote is our only chance and I can only presume a phone call will soon come as they attempt to secure the numbers and try to get us to commit to a YES vote. They can afford to throw resources at it.

Exactly getting an independent valuation and actually getting an 'independent' valuation are two different things.

Imo options are vote NO, and also remove board or hope for a superior fairer bid from another party.
