I read your posts on the PXU thread and noted your 'buy' sentiment. I understand where you're coming from. You want PPX to be wound up in the hope of PXUPA holders being paid out to the dollar upon liquidation - a 'five bagger' as you put it.
If I was you I'd watch how you throw around the term 'insolvent', given your motives it could be considered libel. The distributions are to be paid at the discretion of the directors, end of story.
