    Very balanced view for a PXUPA holder.

    One thing is certain, PXUPA isn't equity subscribed by ordinary shareholders, or profits retained for the benefit of ordinary shareholders.

    PXUPA is sold into the market as a "fixed income" product and only allowed to be classified as "equity" under certain conditions.

    On balance, PXUPA is a special form of debt.
