I understand all of your issues with being disapointed with the non payment of pxupa income, but beccause the PPX board decided to manage its capital in the midst of a complete company capital restructure doesnt mean they are insolvent ,many would argue that is good capital and responsible management to protect shareholders and pxupa holders.
It seems when they paid the last distribution you were very happy with the company trading performance
