    Hi all the law states they have no obligation to pay distributions on the hybrids.PPX is not insolvent because there has been no announcement to the market that it is in the hands of the receivors.If you view it as being insolvent sell out before it does.Its a risk to reward proposition like any investment.I don't own any PPX but would purchase if things turn around in Europe.
