1st when kos took over the SP was 20c, not 1.2c but thats a minute detail.
secondly you have no deal yet, only a LOI to some extent, the SPV is yet to be done,
but who needs facts to get in the way of a good story.
oh and the only reason the SP broker 3c was because of the 2c placements and you know full well who smashed it through 2.5c to get more shares in the underwriting.
posting misleading comments its still against the law.
